Payment methods:

We use PayPal to process our shopping cart payments.  PayPal will calculate all charges including shipping and will allow you to use your credit card, debit card or an electronic check. If you have any questions about your PayPal account, you can contact PayPal direct at:

Please have the following information available when you call:

  • Your telephone number
  • Your email address
  • The last 4 digits of your credit card or bank account registered with PayPal

For security purposes, they will need to verify this information before they can discuss your account with you.

Refund Policy:

If you decide within the first 30 days of your purchase that you do not want to keep the item, you may return it for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Once the item has been received by us, and as long as it is in the same condition as when sold, we will issue you a refund.

If the item is found to be damaged, we will contact you to discuss the particulars. If the item was said to be in working condition, but when you received it was found to not be working, you may return the item for a full refund. Please contact us first.
New items opened by you and found only to not be to your liking, cannot be returned for a full refund. Once the original packaging has been removed, we can no longer resell the item as new.   However, since we want to keep our customers happy and coming back often,  please contact us regarding your particular issue and we’ll see if we can do anything to help.

Other Details:

There is a chance that an item may no longer be available. You will receive a full refund, which will be issued as soon as we learn of the unavailability of the item. PayPal refunds would be immediate unless the purchase was made with a check, in which case PayPal will hold the funds for a few days until the check clears. We would then issue the refund as soon as we’re notified by PayPal that the check has cleared.
