cs@gone-tomorrow.com Refund policy:Refund Policy: If you decide within the first 30 days of your purchase that you do not want to keep the item, you may return it for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Once the item has been received by us, and as long as it is in the same condition as when sold, we will issue a refund. If the item is found to be damaged, we will contact you to discuss the particulars. If the item was said to be in working condition, but when you received it was found to not be working, you may return the item for a full refund. Please contact us first. New items opened by you and found only to not be to your liking, cannot be returned for a full refund. Once the original packaging has been removed, we can no longer resell the item as new. However, since we want to keep our customers happy and coming back often, please contact us regarding your particular issue and we'll see what we can do to help. This could happen if there is a computer glitch, which causes a time-delay in our inventory system updating. Should this unlikely event occur, the earliest sale according to the date and time stamp on the payment receipt will prevail. The second order will receive a full refund, which will be issued as soon as we learn of the sale duplication. The refund will be issued by the same method the payment was received by us. i.e. PayPal refunds would be immediate unless the purchase was made with a check, in which case PayPal will hold the funds for a few days until the check clears.
