I've been trying to use your site to purchase the collector plate "Beauties of the Red Mansion, Miao-Yu". This has been extremely difficult. I understand that you are having trouble with the service that processes credit card numbers but does this mean that when this system goes down you can't do any business at all? It would be nice to have a phone number to call to see just what is happening. I'm about ready to go to another site and purchase this item.

Thanks to Karen's message we have added the phone number for PayPal in two locations on our site. Also, Karen was able to complete her purchase through PayPal just moments after she sent this message.
